1. FPI food pails are made using a unique process that uses no glue or wire handle in the process. This maximises the recyclability of the food pail.
2. FPI food pails are sealed on the sides (whereas other food pails have gaping sides) creating a structurally stronger food pail and preventing juices from leaking up the sides
3. FPI food pails are made from 2PE paperboard, which means they have a fine layer of "plastic" on the inside and outside of the food pail (whereas other food pails are made from 1PE paperboard with the plastic layer on the inside only). This means FPI food pails can be refrigerated and/or frozen whilst remaining structurally sound (whereas other food pails will absorb the moisture from a cold environment and "wilt"). In addition, FPI food pails will wipe clean if food/liquid is spilt on them (whereas other food pails will stain).
