If you like the food pail image/style but the generic sizes do not fit your application, FPI is able to produce a custom sized food pail - YOUR OWN UNIQUE SHAPE. This means a food pail with folded, sealed sides and folding top flaps with dimensions according to your specifications.

It involves the additional costs of fabricating tooling specific to your size. Therefore, the minimum quantity we recommend for custom sizing is 100,000 units as this enables the costs of new tooling and cutting forms to be amortised across the total production order and the effective unit price is comparable to the generic size prices. In addition to the size, closure mechanisms and flap configurations can be customised for your package.
